Warning: Some Violence and Much Strong Language.SHE WROTE: Action-Packed Passion
We did an interview for the Waldenbooks Romantic Reader's March/April issue and they put us on the cover, describing Don't Look Down as "action-packed passion," which I think should be another talking point:
The first two quotes on the cover are from the interview:
"When we started, it was 'I'm a little bit romantic comedy, and he's a little bit violent action-adventure-thriller'." Jennifer Crusie
"We started that way, but then we corrupted each other." Bob Mayer
And then they said, "Action-packed passion, Don't Look Down is heart-racing romance at its best."
And thank you Waldenbooks. A lot.

Wow, years from now we will wonder how we got by on romance books that were just written by one female author! Boring! It will be Suze and the Seal, Lowell and the FBI agent, Howard and Interpol agent, Low and secret agent...

Seeing that pic in a context like this shows how really good it is. Even if I didn't know anything about either of you as writers, I'd still want to read the book those two frienldy looking people collaborated on.

Is it just me who has noticed the critical error on the cover? No Moot. I also don't see the clams. Tragic oversight...
Action-packed passion. Perfect. And then the guy-type issue can call it Passion-packed action.
